How it works

Step 1: Request the trial

Email use at info@frogwatch.nl and mention you're interested in the 30-day trial. We'll send you an invoice for:

• 30-day trial cost: € 200,-
• deposit: € 500,-

Amounts excl VAT. the deposit is refunded at the end of the trial period.

Step 2: Start your trial

As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you the equipment and provide track&trace information. While your package is in transit, you'll already get access to the Frogwatch Dashboard so you can:

• Explore the platform
• Invite team members
• Set up your first project.

Step 3: After 30 days

If you're happy with the platform (we think you will be!), we'll offer you a discounted price to keep the equipment and continue using Frogwatch without interruption.

Not interested? No problem, just return the equipment in good condition, and we'll refund your deposit in full.

Terms and Conditions

• The trial includes one set per customer and is intended to let (new) customers evaluate the platform.
• You can return the equipment at any time during the 30 days.
• After return and inspection, your deposit will be refunded within 14 days.
• Equipment remains the property of Frogwatch unless purchased.
• If the equipment is not returned within 14 days after the trial ends, we may charge the replacement cost (we'll send you a reminder first).
• Any damage will be deducted from your deposit.
